The rooms are a variety of one room and small suite accommodations. The 18 rooms would be charged daily or weekly to accommodate allowable use. The lobby is conceived and approved to allow for a caf , coffee house or a formal tea house open to the Public. The Rooftop is conceived and approved to allow for a restaurant or event space, open to the Public. Both areas would be leased space and income generating. This Project is approved and ready for Building Permits. This is an approved project with the Town of Yorktown. We are selling the existing property and the approvals for the Hotel.
