Minimum requirements for the apartment are 2 years of W2, 2 months’ pay stubs, and a bank statement showing rental payments. The family must also have an annual income of 30 times the rental fee. Tenant pays one month’s security and, first month’s rent. All family members 18 and older will be subject to a background check. NO EXCEPTIONS.
