Shared commercial space available. Total sq foot of space is 802 which can be divided up according to individual needs. The shared space will include heat, hot water and electric. Landlord pays for heat, hot water, electric, taxes and property maintenance. $825.00 for each space. Spaces will be approximately 200 square feet. No partitions are currently installed so if 2 or 3 spaces are desired the landlord is willing to consider that as well, rent adjusted accordingly. Ideal office space or creative space for artists, etc. Shared bathroom located in the hall is shared with this space as well as two other offices also on the second floor which are currently rented.
