Each unit is unique, here you enjoy a new kitchen, new bath, all California Closets and new Anderson windows. This commuter's dream is a 1/2 block walk to the Pelham Metro North and Grand Central Station is 29 minutes away. This property includes an on-site laundry, common private patio with BBQ grill and seating. You will love this quiet location. One parking space is included in monthly maintenance fee. Additional storage, and parking space are available for an extra fee. Maintenance fee does not include STAR credit ($1,800 in 2023)
