Broadpark Lodge is one of the true pre-war beauties in White Plains, full of quirky charm, and within a short distance to all downtown White Plains has to offer! Broadpark Lodge has been a landmark since 1927, with its castle-like appearance, gargoyles, original casement windows, and turret. The unit itself features original hardwood floors, crown molding, decorative fireplace, and an eat-in kitchen. The back courtyard is one of the great surprises of the building, with its lush plantings, lounge chairs, and table and chairs for al fresco gatherings. It's a mini-oasis in the city! Tibbits Park is essentially the "front lawn" of the building, and insulates Broadpark Lodge from some of the hustle and bustle of the downtown area, while still remaining just a couple of blocks to City Center.
