Some of the structures date back to the 1870s, when the Episcopal community of sisters acquired the land on a hilltop overlooking the Hudson River. For nearly 130 years the Community of St. Mary served there, operating a girls' school out of what is now known as Chateau Rive. Conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, medical care, and Metro North, this spacious two-bedroom duplex is part of the Chateau Rive apartments. Tenants must set up an account with Con Edison. A non-refundable application fee of $20.00 per occupant is required. The unit features hardwood floors, with both bedrooms located on the second level. Units are metered separately and have independent thermostats.
