The dining room has a beautiful chandelier, table and chairs as well as a cabinet for use by the tenant. The living room has a wide-screen smart TV and comfortable couch and tables. The kitchen is updated and includes dishes, utensils, and cookware. This complex has an outdoor pool, gym, community room with lounge and kitchen which are available to the tenant. Parking is available. Board approval is required. Tenant must have renter's insurance.
