Terrific co-op with sizeable balcony overlooking the peaceful interior courtyard at WestWater Commons! On the 2nd floor, this unit has a large living room, and dining area with a lighted ceiling fan fixture, plus the door that opens to the balcony, and this door has screens for the summertime. The kitchen has a younger stainless steel refrigerator and a new sink faucet. There is a dishwasher and gas range and plenty of wall and undercounter cabinetry. The primary bedroom has a double closet door, wood floors, views of the Hudson River and a convenient ensuite half-bathroom. Like in several of the rooms, there is a wall air-conditioning unit. The second bedroom has a double closet door, and has access to the nicely renovated hallway bathroom. In this hallway is the electrical panel with all circuit breakers neatly labelled. The laundry room is in Building C, on the north side of the building with access from the sidewalk. One parking space is assigned to the Buyer upon closing.
