Rate is for month of September 2025; summer rates may be higher. 1-hour north of Manhattan. This home is easily accessible to Old Salem Farm (<5 miles). Decompress in the beauty that surrounds you in this lakefront rental. Almost every window provides views of the rugged terrain and hardwood forest of Mountain Lakes Park reflected in the 37-acre lake. There is accommodation for six (6) to eight (8) guests, a professional-grade kitchen, a formal dining room, and a sunken living room with a fireplace, projector and screen perfect for movie nights. A second-level primary bedroom suite offers cathedral ceilings, views of the lake, a king-sized bed, spa-inspired bathroom and restorative steam shower. A large bedroom on the first floor includes a queen-sized bed. Additional sleeping areas include a full-sized bed and pull out. The first floor includes a full bath, and a powder room. A large entertainment room on the second floor includes cathedral ceilings, a billiards table, a gas fireplace, and a large TV. The lower level has a fitness and bonus entertainment area, spare bunks, and walk-out access to an expansive stone patio with a large outdoor fireplace and plentiful seating. Stone steps lead down to the lake, boathouse, and dock where a battery-operated pontoon boat and kayaks are available for guests. Swim or paddle the quiet and secluded Lake Rippowam.
