Half a bath and washer dryer are off the living room area. Second floor has two bedrooms and a full bathroom. Just a few short minutes to the trains, mass transportation, and shopping. Recreational facilities are very close by as well. The yard to the right of the cottage is usable space for the tenant. Tenant pays heat, gas, electric, and cable. Owner takes care of water bill, mowing the grass and snow removal. Tenant must have renters insurance and flood insurance and a credit score of 700 or above.
