A complete application package is required: the Last two years' most recent tax returns, the Last three pay stubs, two personal reference letters, VOE ( Verification of Employment - if employed ) and Landlord reference letters covering the last two years. There is a $20.00 non-refundable Credit and Background check fee. Conviently located to major highways, Metro-North Hudson Line Train stations, and a laundromat in the Beach shopping center or the Shop rite shopping center both on Route 6 within a quarter of a mile.
