Welcome to 8 Lawrence Dr, White Plains. Unit #C is a one bedroom, one bathroom unit an the 2nd floor with great space and storage. The monthly maintenance includes heat and hot water. Parking is unassigned with a wait list for garage parking. The co-op allows renting but the owner must live there first for 2 years. Cats are ok but no dogs are allowed. This complex is close to the Bronx River Parkway and North White Plains metro north train station.
