Downstairs has a charming kitchen, an open floor plan living area and dining room, and separate den. Bathroom is also on first floor, with a stacked washer/dryer. Upstairs is the primary bedroom, an additional bedroom, and an office/den/sitting room. Private road -- please do not drive by without an appointment. NO PETS -- no need to inquire.
