This cozy one-floor walk-up offers lake access and a peaceful setting, while still being conveniently located close to shopping, schools and public transportation. Mohegan Lake is within walking distance, and a 24-hour laundromat is located directly across the street. Heat and hot water are included. Tenant is responsible for electric and propane for the stove. No pets, good references required.
