Jorge Guerrero joins us with nearly 10 years of management experience prior to real estate. He was born and raised in New York City where he also served as a GM in operations for a multi-million dollar retail location. This is where he developed strong customer service, and people management skills that have proved advantageous in real estate. The experience molded his leadership abilities in order to communicate effectively, and creatively problem-solve on a daily basis with people from all walks of life.

Before this, Jorge attended Iona College in New Rochelle, NY, now aptly renamed Iona University. Here he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration while also serving as an assistant teacher to pay for tuition and college textbooks. This laid a solid foundation for his career, equipping him with strong communication skills, and a high level of organization and professionalism. Jorge also completed course work at Lehman College and the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.

He offers a seasoned knowledge of the greater Westchester region, and an intimate understanding of what makes each area special. This attribute enables him to help his clients achieve their dreams of attaining a home that suits their budgets and needs. Jorge still remembers teaching in some of the at-risk communities of Westchester which drives him to be a strong advocate for his clients, be it renters and buyers looking for a new home or homeowners looking to protect their investment. Outside of real estate, Jorge enjoys sports, nature, and fitness.
